Nationals Park Help

If you are having problems using Dasdak at Nationals Park, please feel free to come to our station for help. You can find us on the second level behind Section 221. Please look for us in the yellow shirts.


How to Use Dasdak at Nationals Park:

Step 1: Using your cell phone connection or the Guest WiFi network, visit dasdak.com/nats. For greater success, please try your cell phone network first before you try the Guest WiFi network. You may also consider borrowing a friend's cell phone who has a different cell phone carrier.

Step 2: To order, you must log in or register with or without Facebook at the top of the screen. With Facebook, "ALLOW" the app. Registration is quicker with Facebook.

Step 3: Click the yellow "Menu" button and select the items you want to add to your cart. To check out, go to your cart in the upper right-hand corner and click the "Checkout" button.

Step 4: Make sure all the checkout items are green and then click the "Complete Order" button. Please specify your seat location for delivery.

Credits and/or adjustments can take up to 7–10 days to appear in your statement or bank account.
